When you are anxious you have no control over yourself, in such a situation you should stop and look around. Pay attention to your eyes and the things you see around you, then describe three things you can see around you.
Listen to 3 sounds from your environment and try to identify them. Focus on every detail of the three voices. After paying attention to these three elements, ask what you heard. Now bring the sense of touch into you. Try touching three things, then move three parts of your body. First, wiggle your fingers, rotate your toes, and move your head from side to side.
