Slimmer loses whopping 12 stone with new fitness routine – ‘burns 600 calories’

When hairstylist Tracey Hewitt decided to start her journey to a healthier woman, she had no idea how much fun it would be. The mother of one topped the scales with a whopping 23 stones and 10 pounds in her maximum weight, but she vowed to lose weight for her little daughter and her late mother.

Over the course of four years, Tracey dropped more than 12 stones.

But how did he do it?

“I was coming home from work and instantly fell asleep,” Tracey recalled.

“I was so tired all the time.”

And her weight caused concern among her doctors, who advised Tracey that she should lose at least 10 pounds.

“My portion sizes were the biggest issue,” Tracey explained.

“I never had a sweet tooth, but I was piling my dinners on my plate.”

Tracey’s mother also noticed that her weight was affecting her life and her ability to raise her son, and convinced her to get serious about losing weight.

Sadly, three weeks later, he passed away suddenly, leaving Tracey devastated but motivated as well.

“I thought about giving up,” Tracey admitted.

“But I knew I had to be healthy for both my baby and my mother.”

Over the course of the next four years, Tracey dropped more than 12 stones, going from a size 28 to a size 12.

And all thanks to a fitness class with a little twist.

“I’m so much stronger mentally and physically now, I stay back for extra classes all the time!”
