How To Boost Child Immunity: Immunity of young children is a little less, so many times they get sick soon, but sometimes in children of the same age, some children are very sick and others a little less. It is also related to diet and lifestyle. The immunity of such children is very weak. If your child is also among those who get sick quickly, then change some habits immediately.
No to Junk Food- If a child up to 5 years old is getting sick soon, then watch his diet completely. If you feed him outside made pizza, burger or fries even in a week or 10 days, then stop it completely. Do not feed fast food to children up to 5 years
No Preservative Food- Do not give baby noodles, frozen fries, even bread, oats and any other food that contains preservatives. It would be better if all his meals are homemade and freshly made.

Cut readymade snacks Feed chocolate, chips, package, juice and even chocolate biscuits at least. To amuse children, if you give them such stuff many times, then replace it with fruits, roasted makhana, gram or homemade chips.
Make a healthy food chart To make the child strong from inside, make his diet chart and stick to it for 2-3 months. Include homemade breakfast like porridge, poha, paratha in the chart. Give home cooked light and nutritious food during lunch, dinner and evening also.
Try the reverse routine-If the routine that you have made is not benefiting the child, he is getting sick, then the time has come to change it. Improve the diet of the child and at the same time observe his routine well. The things which make the child sick, stop them before they happen because due to repeated illness, the child is week and next time comes in the grip of disease sooner.
