From overdose deaths to crisis calls Hawaii, data related to drug trends is now available to the public through a new online dashboard. the Substance Use, Mental Health and Hawaii CARES Overview is a website of Hawaii State Department of Health‘s (Health Department) Behavioral Health Administration.
