Sussanne Khan is a pro at jump squats; take a look

Many celebrities promote exercise videos on their social networks, but there is no one as professional as Sussanne Khan when it comes to one exercise routine in particular: jump squats.

The 43-year-old took to Instagram to share a video of her performing a high-intensity workout: jumping squats on a box; have a look.

The interior designer, dressed in a black tank top and a pair of gym pants, did 50 jump squats, jumping back and forth on the cube box as part of her morning routine.

This is not the first time that the mother of two children has done this exercise. After testing positive for covid earlier this year, she was seen regaining her strength and doing box jumps in a previous video.

As mentioned above, this high intensity training it is very good for the body. Box jumps involve jumping over the surface of a box (an elevated level) multiple times. It is known to work on leg muscles and strengthens the core, increasing endurance and working on cardiovascular health, as well as reducing abdominal fat.

Many celebrities do it because it helps them stay fit and agile. It includes Virat Kohli cricketer who, in an old video, was seen performing squats on two boxes stacked on top of each other.

Keep in mind that if you’re a beginner, you may want to start slowly, to prevent your body from going into shock, as that can lead to painful cramps. It is better to do some stretching exercises first.
