“My little sister was watching YouTube when I got home,” MR he tells the camera at the beginning of the video. “I was following a training video at home. It was so cute. I hope you exercise and stay healthy. I think it’s best to start exercising when you’re young. The younger the better.

The clip then begins with a lower-body workout, including squats, lunges, dumbbell deadlifts, and hip bridges. “The importance of lower body exercises cannot be overstated. These exercises burn a lot of calories and can help transform your body,” says the video description. “Like last time, today we need two dumbbells with the right weight for you or two 500ml water bottles.”

Clips of BTS exercising and having fun, just being themselves, are woven throughout the exercise video, proving that exercise can be fun, especially when done with friends.

Lower body workout comes just a week later another exercise video targeting your upper body in just 12 minutes, with effective exercises including pushups, short deadlifts, bent over rows, overhead presses and the “Superman.”

The hilarious exercise videos come just a month before BTS is scheduled to release their highly anticipated Test, an anthology celebrating the group’s nine years as a band. See the newly released track listing for CDs 1 and 2 here. Test comes out June 10.
