So it’s safe to say Tammy Hembrow knows a thing or two about working out.
On Friday, the 28-year-old revealed the one thing that frustrates her at her local gym: people not working out properly.

Filming himself from inside his car, he explained, “I just finished working out at the gym. Over and over again, I see people working out and just going through the motions.
“They just fidget, with no effort or attention to what they’re doing.”
He added that it pained him to see people exercising for an entire hour with virtually no results.
“They’ll get an hour of exercise, but they won’t get much out of that workout,” he continued.
