Tay spends a lot of time training. “My training routine is a little crazy, because I travel a lot,” she said. Kingdom of Kung Fu. “So I don’t really have a set routine, but of course wrestling is my priority. I have some great people who also help me with things like diet, and whenever I have time I train judo and jiu-jitsu. So a lot depends on my travel schedule, but for ring material, I’m always preparing for that.”

If you want a great figure like Tay, find hobbies that blast calories. One of yours? Football. “I started judo in a soccer club, so I’ve always liked soccer. So it’s like Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, all the martial arts, and then soccer!” she said about her passions.

Tay maintains that a healthy diet is a key part of her plan to stay fit. “I try to eat super clean, but of course, I end up eating pizza and burgers! Whenever I’m on the road, I try to eat super clean. Rice and steak are always my favorites, and I also love carbs, so I eat something with carbohydrates every day,” he told Kung Fu Kingdom.

One way Tay makes exercise fun? She exercises outdoors whenever possible. On a recent trip to Tulum, Mexico, she did sit-ups and pull-ups in a swimsuit. “I’m in love with the jungle gym 😍 training in a bikini and overlooking the sea… it’s a dream,” she tweeted about the outdoor gym.

Self-love is another building block when it comes to health and fitness: “Believe in yourself.” She told Kung Fu Kingdom. “It’s so simple and cliche, but I think it’s very important. When you believe in yourself and work hard, anything can happen. Whether you’re poor or rich, and you have your family helping you, if you believe in yourself, and work hard you can do whatever you want.”
