The Biggest Loser’s Fiona Falkiner has shown off her incredible body transformation after welcoming her son, Hunter, last year.

The 39-year-old posted before and after photos on her Instagram page, showing off her weightloss results after completing a 12-week diet and fitness challenge.

Fiona also posted another photo of herself revealing her slim figure in a bikini while enjoying a day at the beach with her son Hunter.

“Honestly, life is so good, and with a new baby on the way for our family, I feel great knowing I can do anything I want with Hunter and Hayley.”

speaking to The daily telegraph Fiona recently said that her latest weight loss journey helped her find a new sense of control.

“My obstetrician told me that I couldn’t really train until 12 weeks after the birth, so I started gently,” Fiona said.

“For me, it’s about having control and structure and not putting pressure on myself to lose a certain amount of weight.”

The beauty added: “I’m not really into weighing myself these days, but I can see that all my hard work has paid off not only in my mood and energy levels, but I’m almost in my mom jeans now! Wow!
