The Biggest Loser’s Fiona Falkiner has shown off her incredible body transformation after welcoming her son, Hunter, last year.
The 39-year-old posted before and after photos on her Instagram page, showing off her weightloss results after completing a 12-week diet and fitness challenge.
Fiona also posted another photo of herself revealing her slim figure in a bikini while enjoying a day at the beach with her son Hunter.

“We all know there is no such thing as the perfect size, there is only how you feel within yourself and I feel stronger and fitter and more confident and super excited about life.” she wrote.
“Honestly, life is so good, and with a new baby on the way for our family, I feel great knowing I can do anything I want with Hunter and Hayley.”
speaking to The daily telegraph Fiona recently said that her latest weight loss journey helped her find a new sense of control.
Health comes first: ‘We all know there is no such thing as the perfect size, there is only how you feel within yourself and I feel stronger, fitter and more confident and very excited about life!’ she wrote
“My obstetrician told me that I couldn’t really train until 12 weeks after the birth, so I started gently,” Fiona said.
“For me, it’s about having control and structure and not putting pressure on myself to lose a certain amount of weight.”
The beauty added: “I’m not really into weighing myself these days, but I can see that all my hard work has paid off not only in my mood and energy levels, but I’m almost in my mom jeans now! Wow!

Lose weight: Speaking to The Daily Telegraph recently, Fiona said her latest weight loss journey helped her find a new sense of control.
Fiona and fiancée Hayley Willis, who got engaged in 2019, welcomed their first child, son Hunter, in March last year.
Last month, the couple announced that she is expecting her second child.
“Grateful, blessed, over the moon… it’s hard to put into words how much I adore my little family as we prepare to welcome another addition,” Hayley wrote on Instagram.
