Best Practices for Attending During Games Week
- Contact the gym you want to visit in advance to let them know the date and time of the class you want to enter.
- Check online to see if you can complete the gym waiver before your workout
- Get in at least 10 minutes before class start time – add some leeway to find parking
- Assume there is an entry fee and prepare the payment (usually $20-$35)
- Tag the gym/training camp if you post on social media
- Most classes or seminars will fill up and require you to register in advance, so get your name on the list early and ask the gym owner for alternate options ahead of time if needed, rather than just showing up.
And above all: Participate, work hard, high-five your training partners and have fun!
