“He’s not working on anything”: Ronnie Coleman on ‘The Internet’s Strongest Man’
Ronnie Coleman was in awe when he saw Kyriakos Grizzly lifting weights. Coleman couldn’t figure out what Grizzly was trying to do. However, Coleman was left shocked at what Grizzly is doing. The exclaimed, “What the hell is that?” Looking at Grizzly’s pull-ups, he wittily said: “I think he’s trying to do a pull-up, but he’s just doing an up”
After seeing one of his lifts, Ronnie said: “This is him practicing his technique to go take the shit, that’s all because he’s not working on anything.”

Grizzly’s lifts were confusing Ronnie as to what he was really trying to do. Ronnie questioned, “What are you working on?” And he also said, “This is absolutely crazy shit I can think of doing in the gym.”
Ronnie couldn’t help but laugh.

The Kyriakos Grizzly elevators were driving Ronnie crazy. He was surprised to see lifts without proper focus on any one muscle. Ronnie said, “He just has a lot of weight on the bar that he’s hanging. He’s just lifting something heavy, he’s not exercising.”
Coleman further said, “This is absolutely the craziest shit I’ve ever seen.” Combining more of Grizzly’s aggressiveness and stances, Coleman said: “All time seizure.” And when the video reached the end, it happened as Ronnie predicted and said: “Yes, yes, yes, that’s about this training, falling on his butt.”
