beckham counts GRACE, “It’s not about being a certain size. It’s about knowing who you are and being happy with who you are.” The celebrity also shares, “It’s an old-fashioned attitude, wanting to be really skinny,” adding, “I think women today want to look healthy and curvy. They want to have some boobs and a butt.”
She goes on to say that one size doesn’t really fit all, embracing the confidence and comfort women have in their own bodies and shapes. Beckham remembers being in Miami in 2021, where she really admired women “who really celebrated their curves” and exuded an air of confidence about their bodies. “They walk down the beach in Miami without much clothing and they look fantastic,” she adds.

So what does Victoria Beckham do to look so good at 48? She lifts weights and works on sculpting muscles five to six days a week with her best partner, her husband David Beckham, along with her personal trainer.
Although Victoria Beckham says weights have scared her in the past, she now reveals, “I happen to love them. I even have those special gloves to wear! It’s nice to switch things up and keep your body guessing. I’ve got a lot more tone.” muscle now.
Another goal of Beckham’s is to achieve “the best bottom possible,” which is why he starts every morning with a bunch of squats. Squats are known to be a great lower body exercise to sculpt your glutes, if you do them right. to really work your glutes instead of your quads, bring your hips back so you assume a deep squat is key.
Beckham looks downright amazing and his attitude is totally inspiring. She says GRACE“I’ve found my own balance between wanting to have fun and being disciplined about eating healthy and exercising. When you’re younger you struggle with that balance, but being older I’ve gotten to a place where I know what that balance looks like. I just know what which works for me.”

Victoria Beckham has 30 million followers on Instagram and her page is truly inspiring.
