The dedicated mental health therapist and business coach has created a company that changes the minds of entrepreneurs facing burnout so they can unleash their full potential.

On his way from Allendale, SC to Atlanta, Jefferson experienced severe burnout building his mental health practice. His own mental health had been affected during the process of not only expanding his business, but also securing his sustainability.

“I never planned to do anything in Atlanta other than visit,” said Jefferson. the high south.

“However, several months after setting up my third office, I was tired. He was exhausted. I felt exhausted. I felt lost. I felt trapped. I felt alone.”

“Financially, business income was at its highest level to date at that time. However, it was also fighting insurance companies for reimbursement, leading to inconsistent cash flow, which of course is imperative to the sustainability of any business,” he continued.

Seven books later, Jefferson has made his mark in Atlanta by offering a host of services including motivational speaking, business coaching, mental wellness checkups, strategy sessions, and self-care assessments. She coined “The Mental Toll of Entrepreneurship” to better describe her experience with mental and physical exhaustion.

Jefferson found himself overcoming his challenges by seeking expert consultation and helping others transcend adversity to achieve greatness.

According to a study by the National Institute of Mental Health, 49% of employers deal directly with mental health issues, while only 32% of others experienced them. As a licensed clinical social worker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, Jefferson says most entrepreneurs are burnt out for these main reasons: feeling overwhelmed, anxiety, depression, financial stress, self-doubt, and lack of sustainable business practices.

“My journey to become a business coach focused on personal development, mental wealth, and sustainable business practices manifested as a result of my personal experiences as a business owner, as well as my connection with entrepreneurs while connecting throughout Atlanta, even when hosting The talk show Visions of Greatness,Jefferson explained, for the high south.

“Having the right mindset is so important in entrepreneurship, and I can’t stress it enough. As an entrepreneur, you will go through many ups and downs, and how you handle these interruptions will show you how you can move forward,” he added.
