Pranayam Is Good For Asthma: From the month of September, when the weather starts to cool slightly and it rains, then the problem of asthma patients starts increasing. Asthma is also called asthma. 3- Setubandhasana- It is very beneficial for asthma patients. The setu mudra formed in doing this yoga opens the way to the chest and lungs. It provides relief in asthma and thyroid.
4- Bhujangasana- Asthma patients also get relief by doing Bhujangasana. In this, staying in the cobra posture reduces the problem of breathing in the chest. By doing this asana, blood circulation remains good.
5- Downward breathing- People suffering from Asthma and Sinus should definitely do Adho Mukha Svanasana. This yoga posture calms the mind and reduces stress.
