The unique healing journey for your mental health: taking the first steps together

The path to healing is unique to each of us, and it may not be easy, but you don’t have to walk it alone.

Hello happy readers!

When it comes to the spectrum of emotions, it is the contrast that allows us to feel truly alive.

As hard as it can be, the pain and the wounds are a reflection of how deeply we love. Those moments of frustration and anger signal us when something is out of balance. And the laughter that resonates through our bodies with such joy that it feels like our hearts are going to burst, gives us something to hold on to in times of trial.

However, being able to live with pain, or come out of it, is not an easy task.

There is no universal manual for healing or a timeline for experiencing inner transformation. It’s about finding our own path, even if it takes us a few tries to find the right path for us.

number 62 from happy it’s about helping you through that healing journey, holding your hand as we take those first steps together, whenever you’re ready.

attractive and practical life tricks helping you savor every moment, approaching flying with mental illness, and sharing how to talk about the loss of a baby, with sensitivity.

I can’t help but think of an incredibly moving quote from actor Andrew Garfield. Speaking of his mother, who had sadly passed away, he said: “I hope this pain stays with me because it’s all the unexpressed love that I didn’t get to tell her. And I told him every day. We all told him every day.”

The reality is that there will never be enough time. So don’t waste a moment denying your true feelings, or struggling with how or if you should express them.

This is your call to live and love unconditionally, to trust that eventually the pain will heal and one day you will feel that everything makes sense.

Together, we can find the courage to take that first step forward. Go at your own pace…
