Use this toothpaste
Always use a toothpaste that has the right amount of fluoride to clean your teeth. Adult toothpaste should contain 1350 ppm fluoride and toothpaste for children under 6 years of age should contain 1000 ppm fluoride. According to doctors, children of 3 to 6 years of age should be given toothpaste equal to a pea’s grain for brushing.

Keep in mind, do not brush immediately after consuming any acidic food or drink. Because by doing this, the enamel of the teeth becomes weak, due to which the teeth start becoming weak. Actually, there is a thin layer on top of the enamel teeth which acts like a protective shield. Its job is to protect the teeth from any kind of damage.
