Ingredients for making lassi: 750 grams curd, 50 grams ice cubes, ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, rock salt as per taste, 200 ml water First grind ice cubes in a blender. Add curd, water, roasted cumin powder and rock salt to it. Blend for one minute. Serve chilled.

Mango Lassi

Material: 125 ml curd, 200 ml cold water, 1 mango (chopped), few dry mint leaves. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and serve chilled.

Gulab Lassi

Material: Take 300 grams plain curd, 100 ml water, 1 ml rose water and 10-15 rose petals in a big bowl and add plain curd to it. Make it smooth with the help of a hand blender. Add water and mix well to get a lassi-like consistency. Add rose water and some rose petals. Keep in the fridge for at least an hour and serve chilled.

Banana Nut Ki Lassi

Material: 1 cup low fat curd, 1/2 banana, 3-4 walnuts, 1 tsp mixture of linseed and sesame seeds, 1 tsp honey.

To make this delicious lassi, take your food processor and add curd, flaxseed, sesame, walnuts, honey and bananas to it. Blend it till you get a smooth and creamy consistency. Pour in a glass and garnish with chopped walnuts. Serve chilled.

Mint Lassi

Material: 300 ml curd, 1 tbsp dry mint leaves, ground cumin (roasted), salt as per taste, 3-4 ice cubes.

Add curd, dry mint leaves, salt and ground cumin (roasted) in a blender. Mix well till smooth. Add some ice cubes and blend again for a few seconds. Garnish with ground cumin and fresh mint leaves and serve.
