Of course, as much as you may want and wish for it, there is no magic fountain of youth drink that you can casually sip with your breakfast every day. The most important thing is that you do them regularly, because they are an essential part of your training program.

If you’re doing several hours of cardio each day, you’re doing the same amount of work as extreme endurance athletes. This unfortunately can lead to atrial fibrillation and another problems with your heart. As discussed above, test your threshold without overtraining and keep that amount of work in your exercise routine.
