An Ohio woman in the United States had to make an embarrassing phone call to 911 after getting stuck in exercise equipment. Christine Faulds was working out on the inversion table at the 24-hour Powerhouse Gym in Berea, where the incident occurred around 3am. The inversion table suspends the body face down to help stretch the spine and relieve back pain. She was reportedly filming herself while she was working out. Moments later, Christine’s exercise went south after she got stuck on exercise equipment.
According to the independent, Ms. Faulds’ ankles were locked in the inversion table so she could not move out of position. She immediately called 911 for help from her watch while she set up her phone to record a video of herself. In the now viral video, Christine can be heard calling a boy named Jason, who was working out in the same gym, but due to the loud music, Jason was unable to hear the call for help.

She further added, “I wish there were more people in the gym right now, but I’m stuck on this reverse decompression thing. I don’t know, I just can’t get anyone’s attention in the gym. I’m stuck upside down and can’t get on the right side.”
Moments later, an officer arrived to assist Christine and freed her from the machine. The fitness enthusiast was not injured during the ordeal.
