To begin the workout, Shaw begins with warm-ups using a resistance band (4 sets of 25 reps), including: overhead triceps band extensions, band pulldowns, and a flexible fitness convergent chest press. It takes about 10 minutes.

And if you want something bad enough, you have to be willing to work for it. If I put this amount of work into the next 20 weeks before I’m the man strongest in the world, it’s going to be a very, very good thing and something I’m proud of.
