Nutritionist, Rujuta Diwekar, suggests some food experiments to try, as they include healthy fats and won’t make your belly fat.
Get these 3 fats back in your daily diet:
- Tadka in kacchi ghaani oils (cold pressed or filtered)
- Coconut as a garnish, chutney, etc.
- Cashews at half a meal or with milk before bed
1. Tadka in Kacchi Ghaani oils –
Use oils native to your region, for example mustard for North and North East India, groundnut or lime blossom for Central and West, and coconut for Kerela.
