“The main workout I did was cardio. He weighed 130 kg, with that weight it is very difficult to walk a long distance. On day 1 I started I could only walk 700m. I was exhausted. The next day I was able to walk 1 km. It’s all about small steps and consistency. Because I was so heavy I couldn’t run or jog long distances. Also, if you weigh that much, it is not healthy for your joints to run with that much weight,” Simran said in her video. She also shared that she used to “hate” walking and running, but is now in love with her new exercise regimen.
