‘The “Way of Wellbeing”, which will be launched by Mayor Daniel Butler on Friday April 15, is a project dedicated to regenerating health that will offer a range of treatments at affordable prices for financially vulnerable groups.

Based at 15 Nicholas Street in the city center, specialty clinics include psychotherapy sessions, naturopathy, trauma-informed therapy, osteopathy, musculoskeletal therapy, reflexology, meditation, and nutrition.

It will also provide a new hub for Limerick’s ‘not-for-profit’ organisation, ABC For Mental Health, which offers free initiatives and events in the promotion of mental health each May.

Mayor Daniel Butler said he was happy to be associated with the holistic regeneration of Limerick City and the Northside.

“This area historically had healers and holistic doctors in times gone by and it’s great to see that tradition revived.

“This project could not have come at a better time, especially with the impact the covid pandemic has had on families and communities in Limerick,” he added.

ABC’s Amanda Clifford for mental health said the ‘Wellbeing Way’ would ensure affordable access to expert holistic healthcare outreach programs for people on the north side of the city.

“Our goal is to ensure access to financially vulnerable communities, as these therapies are often out of financial reach for many. Our experts guarantee the total optimization of health, advice, examinations and clinics at affordable prices, ”he explained.
