Although it is not recommended to perform the same exercise several times in the same day since it is important to contribute to your body adequate recovery timeadds, “Squatting every day is generally considered safe. However, if you tend to squat with a lot of extra weight or feel tired the day after you squat, you may want to give your body a break so you don’t accidentally hurt yourself.”
