Water Retention In Body: Water is essential for our body, but if water accumulates in any one part of the body, it can cause problems. Many times due to hormonal changes, changes in food and drink or sitting for too long, water starts accumulating in any part of the body. If your weight keeps on increasing every day, then it may be that you are suffering from the problem of water retention. Do not panic in this, but by adopting some measures, you can get rid of it.

Symptoms of Water Retention
If there is swelling in your face or hands and feet and there is pain along with it, then do not ignore this problem. This may be due to water retention. These symptoms appear when there is water retention in the body.

Measures to reduce the problem of water retention

2- Avoid outside packed food- You do not have to consume outside and especially packaged food at all. This may make your problem worse. To overcome the problem of water retention, avoid eating ready-to-eat food. The amount of salt in them is very high.

3 Drink plenty of water- If you are not drinking water thinking that the amount of water in the body is increasing, then it is wrong. Actually drinking more water helps in preventing water retention.

4- Avoid sitting for a long time- Avoid this if you sit in the same position for a long time. This can cause inflammation in the body. If it is a sitting job, do some stretching in between.

5- Sit with legs raised- Do not sit with your legs hanging for a long time. This causes swelling in the feet. If ever such a problem occurs, then lie down with the legs straight and raise the legs slightly. If you want, you can put a pillow under your feet while sleeping.
