Access to mental health care is the birthright of every individual. Employees in all fields of work, regardless of role or stature, form the backbone of an organization’s growth and livelihood. Young people are the most dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic to invite innovations and drive change.

However, with routine workloads and high-pressure stressful environments, they often find themselves trapped within existing ecosystems. This restricts their cognitive and psychosocial abilities to combat environments, patterns and behaviors that do not support their mental health.

The field of mental health is the least regulated and the most exploited. Today, all employees deserve access to tools and interventions that can help not only prevent corporate burnout, employee absenteeism, or occupational hazards, but also improve their quality of life and work-life balance. and personal.

Here’s what organizations can do to support the mental health of their employees:

Provide research-based meditative modalities: It is the moral responsibility of organizations and institutions to impart research-based non-pharmaceutical meditative modalities to their employees for mental health. Such protocols are able to prevent burnout and help them lead a productive lifestyle, further leading to performance enhancement.
