People aged 19 to 24 have a problem with high cholesterol. This happens because of poor eating habits. At the same time, between the ages of 35 and 50, the risk of heart disease often haunts. 7 out of 10 people suffer from high cholesterol. The problem of high cholesterol affects both men and women. Obesity, smoking, genetic diseases, thyroid problems, poor diet, high blood pressure, little or no physical activity make it the problem of high cholesterol.

It is very important to have a lipid profile test every 6 months to measure cholesterol levels and the risk of heart disease and stroke. Cholesterol levels should be below 200 mg/dL for both men and women. LDL should be below 100 mg/dL and your HDL should be above 40 mg/dL for both men and women.
