Women’s Health and Menopause: Indian women reach menopause 4 to 5 years earlier than women in western countries. Most of the reasons for this are related to society and health. What is menopause?

During this also the flow of blood remains more or less.
Then gradually some months periods come and some months do not. Sometimes it does not come for two months and some may come twice in a month. When women are going through these conditions, a lot of hormonal changes are taking place in their body. Due to this, they have to face many problems, which include problems related to both physical health and mental health.

- By this age, the children of most women have become big and intelligent. If you feel comfortable, tell your children about your health problems and they will tell you that you need their help.
- Take the help of husband and children in daily routine work.
- Take time for yourself, do yoga, meditation, exercise and walk. All of these help in being more happy in the hormonal balance.
