  3. Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend): One of the best asanas to reduce belly fat. Sit up straight with your legs stretched out. Inhale and extend your arms. Try to touch your toes with your fingers and bend down to touch your nose with your thighs. Hold the pose for a few seconds. Be careful how you bend. Flex and straighten only as far as your body will allow you to avoid pulled muscle injuries.
  4. Sarvangasana: Lie on your back first. Place your arms at your sides. Then slowly lift your legs off the ground toward the sky. then gently lift your pelvis and back and support it with your hands. Place your arm on the ground and support it with the palms of your hands. This asana helps to improve brain function.
