It will be hard and effective on your legs though! Don’t worry, you can do these leg exercises No problem. Nothing worthwhile came from taking it slow, right?

Before you even start this quick leg workout, do some warm-up stretches. In the video, I’ll show you these three favorites:

  • hip hula
  • side lunges
  • torso twists

Ready to go? This express leg workout consists of just three moves, but with increasingly difficult variations as you go. Here are the moves you will learn and do:

    • Sumo squat: Place your feet wider than your hips and pointing to 2 and 10 o’clock on an imaginary clock. As you come down, make sure your knees are over your toes; as you stand up, squeeze your glutes.
    • Right lunge: Step back with your right leg and lower your body, keeping your front knee just above your ankle and your shoulders over your hips. It’s okay if your back knee doesn’t reach the ground like in the video. Do it you can do!
    • Left lunge: Just like the right lunge, but with the left leg back. Be careful not to bend your knees inward, especially when you get tired.

What makes this routine a great muscular endurance workout is that after you’ve mastered each of the moves, you’ll do them three more times, with increasing difficulty:

      • First round: Down and up, as you get used to the movements.
      • Second round: Add a pulse within each move. You will go down, halfway, then down, then up.
      • Third round: Make three pulses in each movement.
      • Fourth round: Seven beats!
        पेट की चर्बी गला देंगी किचन की ये चीजें, गारंटी कुछ ही दिनों में दिखने लगेंगे बिल्कुल फिट !

Do you feel like the workout gets harder as you go? Should! You have to engage your mind, to remind yourself that you have this! But also know that it’s totally okay to pause for recovery at any time, just do it again when you’re ready.
