Zina’s career includes more than a decade of experience in the behavioral health field. She has served as CEO and in senior marketing and business development roles for national and global behavioral health care companies. Drawing from lived experience in the behavioral field, Zina understands the challenges and opportunities organizations have in their daily operations and the work required to address DEI’s transformational change.
