Some cable machines come with a long, straight bar with holes at both ends. You can connect this to both cables on a matched cable machine. The first time I saw one, I tried to squat with it, but the cables pulled the bar in a way that made it hard to stabilize, and I hated it. More recently I tried zerchers instead, and I love these. Put the bar in the crooks of your elbows, squat down and stand up.
You can also do this with a single wire, but unless it’s very small, the entire stack may not carry enough weight.
