Put dry ginger powder in a coffee cup.
Whisk the ingredients (honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract) and pour it into the coffee cup.
Pour a shot of espresso over the mixture and mix well.
Add low-fat hot frothy milk and mix well.
Garnish with nutmeg powder and cinnamon.
