7 Useful Items Physical Therapists Always Keep At Home

Last month, I started physical therapy to treat very painful jumper’s knee, also known as patellar tendonitis. During these sometimes intense sessions, my therapist recommends stretching and training I can do at home to maintain my progress and aid recovery. One of these stretches involves the use of a resistance loop to loosen the hamstring and calf muscles.
