In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, Fardeen spoke about how some days are so difficult for him that he just overthinks and ruminates on his thoughts. He said: “Sometimes you fall into depression, you don’t feel positive, things have no meaning or purpose, but in my experience, that’s the way you find yourself. I think the treasure is in that deep, dark cave. It is a constant cycle of death and resurrection. Of course, some days are hard. Sometimes I go into a shell. I like to just sit and think about things. People who know me sometimes say I think too much, but when I’m depressed I sit and reflect on it for a few days to find out exactly why I’m feeling depressed. “Once I figure that out, it will be a lot less difficult to get back to normal.”

Speaking about depression, Fardeen added: “It is a natural process that everyone goes through. We have to safeguard ourselves from this desire of always wanting to be happy.
