Famous food blogger and YouTuber Sanjukta Patra had gained a lot of weight after giving birth. In March 2023, her weight was 82 kg, but in 6 months she achieved an astonishing physical transformation and she now weighs 60 kg. Now they have started getting medium size clothes from XL and the waist size has also been reduced from 98-100 CM to 86-87 CM.

Sanjukta Patra started the day with green tea first thing in the morning and didn’t eat anything for half an hour.

For breakfast, Sanjukta Patra made a special dry fruit smoothie, which used almonds, walnuts, cashews, soaked figs and 8-10 soaked raisins, and mixed and consumed it three times per week to get a protein-rich smoothie.

I only ate bread three days a week

Sanjukta Patra lost 22 kg by eating home-cooked food, even though she eats roti only three days a week and rice two to three days. Apart from this, I consumed boiled vegetables, reduced my sugar intake and consumed dry fruit laddu or Bengali Sandesh sweets only once a week and avoided junk food completely. Sanjukta Patra says she eats dinner before 7:30 p.m. and drinks green tea with lemon juice half an hour before sleeping.

Apart from following the diet, Sanjukta Patra also walked 2-3 kilometers every day. She walks about 40 to 45 minutes. Apart from this, she does jogging, jumping jacks and cardio exercises for 20-30 minutes at home.
