Weight loss stories are inspiring but difficult. When losing 10 kg or 50 kg, each journey is unique and speaks to its own set of challenges. This is the story of Kassidy Riekens. Riekens, a young mother of four girls, documents her weight loss routines and conclusions on her Instagram account. In one of her videos, she shared how one type of diet routine worked best for her among all the other lifestyle changes she adopted.

Since his teenage years he has been struggling with health problems. However, today she stands as a fit person with an empowering weight loss transformation. According to the Daily Star report, Kassidy struggled with anorexia and obesity during her teenage years. He later also struggled with alcoholism. “In high school, at 5’6” (167.6 cm) and only 7.6 (48.5 kg), I was borderline anorexic. The only thing that mattered was staying thin, so I ate as little as possible and made an effort to exercise constantly,” says Riekens. At 21, she had gained almost 45kg and weighed 117kg when her first daughter, Harley, was born.

After all the support from her husband and his willingness to improve towards a healthy lifestyle, she lost 59 kg in a year and a half. However, with her pregnancies, she gained and lost weight accordingly.

In one of his posts, he talks about the low-carb, high-protein diet and why it worked for him. Her caption reads: “I’ve done it ALL. He continued, “I realized that motivating people, sharing my lifestyle, and doing my best to inspire someone in some way was something I wanted to do, so I started sharing my story. I want others to realize that despite the struggles, you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it. People think they are limited when they are not. “The sky is the limit,” he concluded.
