Bengaluru Woman Dies of Heart Attack While Working Out in Gym, CCTV Captures Incident

Bengaluru: A 35-year-old woman from Byappanahalli in Bangalore has died after suffering a heart attack while exercising at the gym around 8am on Saturday. The woman has been identified as Vinaya Vittal, a resident of GM Palya, who was exercising at the Challenge Health Club in Mallesplaya. CCTV footage shared by a YouTube channel called Public Spot shows the woman near the squat rack when it collapsed. Vinaya was immediately transferred to CV Raman Hospital by the staff and other members present in the gym. However, according to the police report based on the medical examination, Vinaya died on the way to the hospital. According to a Hindustan Times report, Vinaya was working as a background officer at Mangalore-based IDC. She lived alone in a rented house in GM Palya for the past few years and used to go to the gym every morning. The news of her death left her family and friends shocked at her.
