Lori Harvey is all about her fitness. After seeing how stunning (and fit) Lori Harvey wore at the 2022 Met GalaMany of her fans soon asked the model to abandon her exercise and diet routine in order to achieve her aspirations of being more like her. While she doesn’t usually say much on social media, the 25-year-old indulged her followers and jumped over to TikTok to discuss her personal regimen. “When [Michael B. Jordan] and i got together I gained about 15 pounds of relationship weight and it was horrible,” she shared. “None of my clothes fit me, it just wasn’t right! So, I’ve been doing pilates consistently for the last year, I’ve been doing it for a few years, but I’ve been very consistent the last year, and when I was trying to get off weight, I was working out like 5-6 times a week, and I think for the first month and a half I did twice a day. Harvey told her followers that she, too, put herself in a calorie deficit, “consuming at most 1,200 calories in a day.” The star did not follow any specific eating plan, instead focusing on eating mostly meat and vegetables with minimal carbohydrates. “I had this sprint interval circuit that I would do, so I’d do pilates in the morning, and then I’d get out of there and go straight to the gym and get on the treadmill for 30 minutes… or I like to go for a walk as well, or I’d go running up the stairs, just some kind of cardio, that’s how you fall.” Harvey advised viewers that “Pilates alone won’t make you lose weight, it’ll just give you long, lean muscles.” Despite just begging for her routine, many criticized the Tennessee native for her workout schedule, accusing her of being “fat phobic” or having an eating disorder. Fortunately, like many users came to her defense: she check it out below and play again with HNHH later for more pop culture news updates. [Via]
