Garlic
Fry garlic or fry it in ghee, then eat it. If you are not able to eat then you can also eat with water.
Honey
Eating honey opens the nostrils, which allows oxygen to pass through easily, so drink honey tea before sleeping or drink honey mixed with warm water.
Onion
Onion helps a lot in driving away the problem of snoring, so include cooked onions in the dinner.
