Milind Soman revisits bodyweight exercises that he did 40 years ago

Milind Soman is always up for anything related to fitness. The actor recently embarked on a bicycle trip from Mumbai to Delhi, where he explored alternative options to curb vehicular pollution. Emissions from vehicles used daily for transportation add to accelerating pollution of the earth and are extremely harmful. Milind and Ankita also spent the New Year celebrating in their own way: they covered a long distance of about 110 kilometers. However, now Milind is back home. A day ago, Milind shared a video of himself. working out in a kind of park. In the video, shared by Milind, she reviewed an exercise routine that used to be a part of her daily life 40 years ago. Milind, dressed in a blue tank top and a pair of black gym pants, can be seen doing double bar dives. Balancing her palms on two bars, Milind can be seen pulling her body in the air and doing pull-ups repeatedly.

This was one of the bodyweight exercises he did 40 years ago for swimming. “I started doing a series of double bar dips every time I saw a double bar. I used to do a lot of these and other bodyweight exercises as part of my swim training 40 years ago,” her post read. Have a look:
