1- To keep the liver healthy and detoxify, definitely drink aloe vera juice, amla juice and vegetable juice. If you want, you can also consume these three things together.
2- You should take balanced diet. In which include things rich in fiber like wheat, jowar, millet, oats, porridge, sprouts, oats and pulses.
3- To keep the liver fit, eat green vegetables, greens, turnips, beans, peas and other vegetables.
4- Include foods rich in omega-3 in the diet such as sunflower seeds, flaxseeds in the diet. They contain omega fatty acids and folic acid which keep the liver healthy.
5- Must include things like fenugreek, garlic, onion, turmeric, soybean in the food. This lowers cholesterol and makes the liver healthy.
6- Eating walnuts and almonds daily makes the liver healthy. You should eat 5-6 almonds daily. This strengthens the liver and does not increase cholesterol.
7- Include less sweet in the food. Consume jaggery, especially instead of white sugar. You can also eat honey or Khand for sweetness.
