How many hours of sleep is necessary for a baby
1- According to the age, the sleep of the children varies. After birth, the baby sleeps for 18 to 20 hours in 24 hours of the day.
2- When the baby turns 3 months old, there is a change in sleep. A baby of 4 to 12 months sleeps for 12 to 16 hours.
3- Between 1 to 2 years of the child, sleep decreases. At this age, babies sleep for 11 to 14 hours.
4- When the child turns 3 to 5 years old, then it should take at least 10 to 13 hours of sleep.
5- If the age of the child is 6 to 12 years, then children take about 9 to 12 hours of sleep like adults.
6- When the child is from 13 to 18 years, 8 to 10 hours of sleep should be taken.
