Pooja believes that motion sickness or motion sickness can be cured by keeping a few points in mind before starting the journey. These are the tips he shared.

  1. Avoid eating a heavy meal: A heavy and spicy meal can slow down digestion. It can also cause nausea and worsen the tendency to vomit. Have a light meal before embarking on the journey by car or boat.
  2. Drink chamomile tea: This helps relax the gastric muscles and also helps reduce gastric acid content in the body. Chamomile tea helps cure motion sickness.
  3. Herbs, Mint: Ginger, herbs, and mint help reduce and control nausea. It also helps reduce the body’s tendency to vomit.
  4. Licorice root: Muleti or licorice root can be consumed as a 75-milligram tablet in a glass of water before beginning your sea voyage.
  5. Peridoxine: If you travel for work or lifestyle, you will be traveling by sea for a longer time. Therefore, it is recommended to have 100 milligrams of licorice root and thus it can be helpful in curing motion sickness.
