  3. Herbs, Mint: Ginger, herbs, and mint help reduce and control nausea. It also helps reduce the body’s tendency to vomit.
  4. Licorice root: Muleti or licorice root can be consumed as a 75-milligram tablet in a glass of water before beginning your sea voyage.
  5. Peridoxine: If you travel for work or lifestyle, you will be traveling by sea for a longer time. Therefore, it is recommended to have 100 milligrams of licorice root and thus it can be helpful in curing motion sickness.
