Therefore, to maintain electrolyte balance, water and drinks are important.
  • Wear loose clothing: Wear clothes with light colors and that are a little loose. Clothing should allow the body to breathe so that it can cool off while sweating.
  • Apply sunscreen: When going outside, remember to apply sunscreen and wear sunglasses to protect your skin and eyes from damage from the sun’s UV rays.
  • Avoid going out: Try to avoid going out into open areas, especially at midday when the sun scorches the sky and leaves us all parched and dry.
