A sneak peek of your morning exercise and we are convinced that the Bollywood actor Alaya F. is too flexible and without a bone in his body as he effortlessly transitions from Yoga headstand to Chakrasana and does Jawaani Jaaneman co-star Kubbra Sait hail her as a “ma’am”. Serving up the perfect fitness motivation to get us hitting the gym this weekend, Alaya made the workouts look fun and playful as she burned calories from Sirsasana to pose on wheels with hit songs in the background.

Taking to her social media account, Alaya shared a video that gave fans a glimpse of her solid workout. The video featured the diva wearing a pastel blue strappy crop top, paired with a pair of black, pink and blue shorts with her hair pulled back in a messy bun for an athleisure look.

Crawling on a yoga mat in front of a studio mirror, Alaya balanced her body weight on her crown as she raised her legs in the air before slowly lowering them in the opposite direction to cast her body into a wheel pose. She shared in the caption, “Trying to use trending audios but keeping my content true to me lol Yoga Saturdays with @pujiwoo (sic).”

Quick to respond, Kubbra gushed: “LADY ALAYA! (sic).” Wholeheartedly, Alaya responded with a “thank you! (sic)” and the camaraderie is enough to make us drag our girl gang out for a group training session tonight.
