In a video shared on his story, the shirtless Anton said: ‘Hey guys, just to update you guys on what happened today.
‘So, we came in third today and a very good line-up and we got the invite to the British. However, I am not going to go ahead and do the British.
‘I have spoken [sic] about this the whole trip. I’m not sure if the body will decide things for me. I am happy now to have life back.
I have arranged this. I looked better than ever today and I’m happy with that now. I will enjoy good food. I just want to say hi to my coach, Cam.

He’s been phenomenal this entire trip. He has honestly been the best and has been very supportive. But also a big thank you to him and also a huge thank you to my girlfriend Dom.

He wrote: ‘Last year when I cut myself it was clear I wasn’t big enough to compete on stage and had to commit to a big offseason.
‘Eight months later I am 25kg and in a much better place to cut both physically and mentally.
“Yes, a little bit of fat has been added, but that will always happen when pushing the food and I know with the tissue we’ve added, it’s all worth it.”
He added: ‘This has been a very difficult process for me as being in the public eye I have always stayed thin because I was afraid of everyone’s opinion and when I decided to do this I knew there would be a backlash.
‘But my God, I didn’t expect it to be as bad as it has been. Day after day, comment after comment, it hasn’t been easy, especially when I know I don’t look good.
“However, the finish line is in sight and come my show, everyone will see why I have done this.”
