Do not eat fruits and curd together

According to Ayurveda, curd and fruit (Curd Fruit Combination) should never be eaten together. It can have many disadvantages. Ayurveda considers curd as one of the heaviest foods. It takes a long time to escape. On the other hand, fruits get digested in a very short time. If you want to feel light and energetic after eating, then Ayurveda tells what should not be eaten together.

1. Fruits should be eaten one hour before other things or 2 hours after eating food.

2. When we eat fruits with other foods, fructose does not burn as energy and gets stored as fat.

3. No other fruit should be eaten with melon. Cantaloupe should not be consumed even with food.

4. You can eat acidic fruits together and sour fruits with sweet fruits.

5. Less sweet fruits like berries can be eaten with curd. However, one should try not to eat anything with fruits.
