Celina Jaitly Suffered ‘Hernias’ Post Pregnancy- SIGNS Women Must be Careful of

Celina Jaitly revealed that she suffered from multiple hernias after having two sets of twins. She knows what are some serious signs and symptoms that women should be aware of.

Celina Jaitly, popularly known for her roles in movies like Golmaal Returns and No Entry, recently opened up about her health after having two sets of twins. The actress shared an image on social networks in which she showed off her toned body. As she shared the image, Celina captioned it, “There is no giant step that can get you there! But, small, consistent steps can! I still have multiple hernias, severe diastasis recti in the abdomen after having 2 sets of twins. I lost my parents and a baby in my second twin pregnancy and also had a condition close to a collapsed lung. There are times that are so difficult when you can no longer accept life or recognize the person you see in the mirror… As human beings we will always have these days, some more than others… There are days when I have to fight and face so much darkness, but then life has its ups and downs and I started turning them into SQUATS.

Although I am still building myself from scratch, I know there is something within us that is bigger than any obstacle… In my darkest moments I hear my father’s fauji (military) voice in my mind saying Yaad rahey … Naam., Namak aur Nishaan (BC😄!! ) and I became a GC (Gentleman Cadet) and start lifting… Amazingly, every workout, big or small, also changes how I feel…. For all those who have struggled with the dark, I posted a glimpse of my story in hopes of reaching out to you to tell you that you are not alone. Give yourself another day, another chance. Eventually you will find your courage. Don’t give up yet, working out is the best investment you can make in yourself for mental and physical wellbeing and if nothing else works you can always refer to my dad’s words above 😁!”
