You can make energy bars at home with lots of chia seeds. Take almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds, chia seeds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, grated coconut, honey, cardamom, oatmeal in a bowl.

Mix the dates previously soaked without water. Slowly roast all the above ingredients without cardamom and honey.
